What type of Membership do I choose?

Instructions for Registering your CMS Membership

After completing the registration process, you will be re-directed to PayPal to make your payment. You may choose Login to your PayPal account,  or choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Note: If you choose Pay with Debit or Credit Card, you should be taken directly to a screen where you enter your credit card and billing address information. If you are asked to login, just “go back” and select Pay with Debit or Credit Card again until you are successful in reaching the credit card screen.

About Auto-Renew: If you choose to auto-renew annually you must have a Paypal account/login. You may cancel your auto-renew at any time. You will receive email notifications about upcoming expirations of your membership, or upcoming payments if you choose to auto-renew. Important: if you choose to change a membership that is on auto-renew (e.g. change from Standard to Family), you must first cancel your first membership. If you do not do this, the auto-renew for the first membership will continue in Pay-Pal and a 2nd auto-renew will be created. The good news is that our Treasurer will probably catch the double payment in her monthly review. We will notify you, issue a refund and cancel the auto-renew.

Important: Usernames must be unique and may not change. You may choose to use your email address for both your Username and Email. If you are already receive the CMS Enews, please use the same email address.

Once you complete your payment, check your email inbox and spam folders. You will receive an email confirming your membership that includes important information.

Please enter Discount codes in all lower case.

What went wrong?

If for some reason your payment does not successfully process through Paypal, your membership will remain at pending. If you choose, you can login and complete the payment: After logging in, click on the “Membership Status/Renewal” link in the right hand menu. Then click on the link that says – Complete Payment.

  • CMS does not share membership information with any other groups or organizations.
