Join the CMS Digital Media Team
CMS is creating a Digital Media Team! We want to make sure we have multiple volunteers who are familiar with our online tools and are willing to help out if needed. If we build a team, and communicate well, we can create a fun and dynamic support structure for our CMS online communications. This is a great opportunity to lend your talents to CMS from the comfort of your home while building your resume.
Experience is not required, but is helpful. We are currently in the process of documenting all of our processes and best practices. We will be glad to train volunteers. Or, maybe you can teach us a better way to do things.
What about Content? If you are a techie type but do not like to write; don’t worry, we won’t make you responsible for content. On the other hand, if you want to provide content but have no interest in online tools, we would like to hear from you also.
Do I have to attend any boring meetings? No, not unless you want to. Our current Webmaster is a CMS Board Member and will coordinate all needs and communication with the Board. FYI, CMS Board meetings are rather fun.

Web Hosting – A Small Orange
Website – WordPress
Forum – phpbb
Enewsletter – Mailchimp
Store Front – Currently Square (in the process of migrating to the CMS website).
Payment Processing – Paypal
Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest (also looking to add Instagram)
Note: This is a volunteer opportunity with no monetary compensation. However, there are some advantages to “being in the know”.
