The Lincoln County Mycological Society Scholarship
CMS is proud to administer this scholarship on behalf of the Lincoln County Mycological Society (LCMS). To be eligible, you must be an Oregon student (community college, university undergraduate or graduate) who is pursuing an education with an emphasis in mycology.
The successful candidate will receive up to $1,500 and must present the results of any research conducted from the use of these funds at an LCMS Board meeting. The LCMS Board meets in Newport, OR. However a Zoom presentation is suitable if the recipient is unable to drive to Newport for the occasion. Both PHD candidates working on a research project or an undergraduate student are acceptable. Candidates may apply once during each degree program (Bachelor, Masters, Doctoral). If you have questions or would like additional information, please send an email to president@cascademyco.org.
