- Mushroom permits: None required for up to 1 gallon
- Children/Youth under 16 accompanied by an adult with a Family/Sustaining Membership are welcome.
- Each person 16 and older must be registered separately.
- You may register your field trip partner, provided they are a CMS member.
- No pets. Please notify us of Service animals during the registration process.

Those who are selected will be provided an email with additional instructions on attending the field trip. We will also select a limited number of individuals to be placed on a waiting list, as cancellations are common.
