You may purchase an Individual ($20) or a Family ($35) 1 year CMS Membership as a gift. Gift Membership codes may be redeemed up to 1 year from date of purchase.
Once purchased, the CMS webmaster will contact you via email to coordinate a design for your personalized gift certificate. A certificate similar to the one below in the form of a .jpg image or PDF file will be created and emailed to you. You may forward the certificate by email, or print and snail mail.
