October 2007 Foray Schedule

Join Cascade Mycological Society members Peg Boulay and Bruce Newhouse for a Fun Fungal Foray and Ecology Encounter on Sunday, October 21st. Learn all about the mushrooms fruiting under your feet. We’ll go to the Cascades or the Coast to collect for the Mt. Pisgah Mushroom show (one week later), and maybe a bit for our own tables, too.
Meet at the South Eugene High School by 8:45 for introductions and directions. We will leave at 9:00am sharp. For additional information, contact Grace at 541.5056754.

Help collect mushrooms for the Mount Pisgah mushroom show on a foray led by Anna Moore, Friday, October 26th. Meet at the Honeyman group camp site near Florence at 10:30am.
Directions: Take the 101 S. from Florence. Approximately 3 miles south of Florence be on the lookout for Honeyman State Park and Canary Road signs. Turn L on Canary Road. The first parking lot on the Right hand side is the Honeyman group camp site. For additional information, contact Grace at 541.5056754
